The Advocate, a UCLA pro-life magazine has revealed the results of an undercover investigation of Planned Parenthood. This shocking video contains audio of Planned Parenthood Employees accepting donations from a caller wishing to donate money for the express purpose of aborting black babies. One employee even said the caller’s desire to donate for the abortion of a black baby “understandable”.

This is appalling behavior, but perhaps not all that surprising given Planned Parenthood’s racist origins. Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood’s founder, was a strong proponent of racial “purification”. She wanted “to create a race of thoroughbreds,” free of the handicapped, racial minorities, and the poor. Here are a few more disturbing quotes attributed to Margaret Sanger:

“Birth control must lead ultimately to a cleaner race.”

“We should hire three or four colored ministers, preferably with social-service backgrounds, and with engaging personalities. The most successful educational approach to the Negro is through a religious appeal. We don’t want the word to go out that we want to exterminate the Negro population. and the minister is the man who can straighten out that idea if it ever occurs to any of their more rebellious members.”

Today’s Planned Parenthood has not strayed far from its xenophobic roots, although their primary motivation is financial. The abortion industry reportedly takes in $1 billion a year. It’s obvious Planned Parenthood doesn’t give a hoot about the “health” of minority women. They are simply happy to be making loads of cash on the backs of millions of aborted babies.

Republicans, lead by Minority Leader John Boehner, staged a walkout to protest Democrats refusal to act on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act. Iran says operations can begin later this year at its first atomic power plant. Last month, Russia made their final deliveries of nuclear fuel to the first plant.

Okay, so I’m confused. Are the polar ice caps going to melt, drown the polar bears, and leave me with beachfront property in the midwest? Or do I need to learn how to build my own igloo? Perhaps, we will soon be encouraged to take long trips in SUVs and airplanes to offset this cycle of solar cooling. Will we all be immigrating to Mexico for the warmth and opportunity it offers? So many questions, and so many varied and inconclusive answers. Hmm, maybe we puny humans aren’t in control and Someone bigger and more powerful than ourselves is in charge.

God’s Word is sharper than any two-edged sword. Although we as a nation must use military force to protect ourselves from the threat of radical Islam, the only real hope is Jesus Christ. Only Jesus can truly change a person’s heart. Let’s pray lives will be changed and hearts transformed by the love of God.
