It appears Joe is now the target of the media and the Obama campaign.  (Sorry for the redundancy.  I realize the media is indeed a wing of the Obama campaign.)  The shocking truth has now been revealed!!  Joe may not have the proper plumbing licenses required in Lucas County Ohio!

Even VP Candidate Joe Biden has begun attacking “Joe the Plumber” saying he doesn’t have any plumbers or cops like him in his neighborhood:

We are now seeing the worst kind of intimidation and scare tactics used against everyday Americans who would dare to speak against “The One”.  I wonder, will this cause ordinary citizens to think twice before they voice their concerns about Barack Obama?

It’s pretty sad when the main stream media digs deeper into Joe’s background than Barack Obama’s.

However, any possible controversy caused by this prayer pales in comparison to Barack Obama’s frightening connection to his Kenyan cousin Raila Odinga. Odinga is a a radical socialist, educated in communist East Germany, who ran for president of Kenya.  Obama traveled to Kenya, using taxpayer funds, and campaigned for Raila Odinga. After Odinga lost to Kubaki by 231,728 votes, he said he had no choice but to call for demonstrations, sparking ethnic warfare.  Some of Odinga’s supporters set fire to an Assembly of God Church in Eldoret, killing 30 villagers:

In 2007, Odinga met with the National Muslim Leaders Forum and agreed to institute Islamic law in Kenya, in exchange for the group’s support.  It is truly frightening Barack Obama could support such a man as Odinga.  Please watch this video, and pass it on:

In fact, Russia will be testing live fire cruise missiles near Alaska.  Russian air force spokesman Col. Vladimir Drik has said their military will be “practicing the strategic deployment of the armed forces including the nuclear triad.”  For more info, visit this site:

This is not the first time the Alaskan National Guard has needed to be on guard against foreign threats.  The Alaskan National Guard is in charge of the Missile Defense System, and monitored North Korea missile tests in 2006.

During the debate, John McCain told a touching story about a mother who gave him the bracelet of her son who died in combat.  She asked John to make sure he had not died in vain.  In an immature “my dad can beat up your dad” moment, Obama responded he had a bracelet too.  He couldn’t remember the soldiers name, and had to clumsily look down and read the name on the bracelet.

Usually, we ignore false and scurrilous accusations because the purveyors have no credibility. When necessary, we refute them. Enlisting Missouri law enforcement to intimidate people and kill free debate is reminiscent of the Sedition Acts - not a free society.”

St. Louis attorney Jennifer Joyce said this, “We want to keep this campaign focused on issues.  We don’t want people to get distracted …. Missourians don’t want to be distracted by these divisive character attacks.”

Pray for our military men and women who are striving to do what is right also for this country …that our leaders are sending them out on a task that is from God …. that’s what we have to make sure we are praying for, that there is a plan and that plan is God’s plan. So, bless them with your prayers, your prayers of protection over our soldiers.

She was not saying whether God endorses the mission in Iraq, but rather asking the congregation to pray for God’s will to be done rather than man’s alone, and asking for prayers of protection for son and other soldiers.  Wow, you know, most Christians I know pray often for God’s will to be done in our lives and in our nation as a whole.   We Christians must be a lot more “fringe” than I thought.

Personally, I am heartened a woman of integrity and faith may occupy the VP’s office in a few short months.  It certainly scares the reporters at MSNBC and CNN.  I may even pray that God’s will is done in upcoming election.

Getting Beaten By a Girl  …….  Priceless!!!

I knew Sarah Palin would surprise everyone with with her ability and wit, but she exceeded even my high expectations.  She showed incredible poise under extreme pressure and vitriolic attacks.  She never missed a beat, never uttered a single “uh”, despite her teleprompter malfunctioning.  Sarah portrayed integrity, sincerity, and a willingness to fight for her beliefs.  The love she showed for her children was touching and unmistakable.  The humorous, stinging barbs she lobbed at Obama were perfectly timed and delivered.  Here is a video of a portion of Sarah Palin’s acceptance speech:

Right around the 7:20 mark is one of my favorite lines when Sarah refers to the “Greek styrofoam pillars” behind Obama during his acceptance speech.
